This haunting portrait of Anthony was taken during filming of the classic horror film, Silence of the Lambs. I said to Anthony, “Do you realize you’re still in character?” Anthony leaned in and asked in a macabre tone, “Really?” I was surprised that the lens to my camera didn’t break! After the shoot, the topic of The Academy Awards came up, and Anthony asked, “Do you think I have a shot at it?” I replied, “If there’s any justice in Hollywood, you’ve got it.” And sure enough, he won Best Actor.
